Classes We Offer
At Karate Express, Tae Kwon Do is more than just a fun extracurricular—it’s a powerful path to personal growth. Our classes are designed to build focus, confidence, character, and discipline in every student, while instilling a deep respect for others both inside and outside the studio. Through structured training, encouraging instruction, and plenty of fun, we empower students to succeed on and off the mat.
Beginning students enter our Tae Kwon Do program as white belts, symbolizing a fresh start and unlimited potential. We offer two dedicated class groups for white belts to ensure age-appropriate instruction and engagement:
Dragons – for students under 10 years old
Cobras – for students over 10 years old
In addition to our youth programs, we proudly offer family classes, where parents and children can train together, support each other, and share the journey toward success and self-improvement.
Tae Kwon Do at Karate Express is more than martial arts—it’s a way of life. Join our community and discover the confidence, discipline, and joy that come from learning “the way of the hand and foot.
